Flash the Batch!
There was that time I was working at an archeaological excavation in Jerash, Jordan. It was a university project, which meant we had been sent to Jordan at the university's expence (so much win!). But this came with more priviledges that just the free trip. You know how national parks and archeaological sites close at certain points of day and you have to leave the premisses? Yeah, not when you are an archeaologist and you live, sleep and work amongst the ruins! When you are an archeaologist you just flash the little identity batch you carry around with your picture and something fancy written in Arabic, then you suddently have special rights and you get to sit in the dark amongst the ruins of ancient templates and look at the stars after everyone else has long gone home.
Funny enough that batch seemed to have an effect everywhere we went (exactly what did that Arabic writing say?!).
